I had the worst experience at Brandon Honda. I went to get a car in November 2025 and got a car I wanted. A week later my car was shaking on my way home. The car that had been “checked”. I gave them the car back and the service department worker, Thomas Sharoe, handled this horribly. If I didn’t contact him it would be weeks before I knew what was going on. A whole month passed by and we had gotten to the end of December. After getting about 3 bad reports from the car I decided to get another one. I ended up getting a new one and having to pay more because I had no other option but to get a car from there. The only ones who worked hard in the experience were Z Houichi and Dereck Quiñones in finance. They had so much patience with me in this horrible process and worked hard to fix the issue. More

Kept me at the dealership for almost 5 hours. Shook hands on a 140 dollar payment with the sales manager. Finance manager tried to upsale me on a service plan- I said no, he asked if I would go w Shook hands on a 140 dollar payment with the sales manager. Finance manager tried to upsale me on a service plan- I said no, he asked if I would go with it if he could get it down to 140 and I agreed. Being so exhausted I didn't notice that now the payment was 240, not 140. I understand that I signed this, but when I came back to talk about it, because I'm not going to be able to comfortably afford that payment with my other bills, was "Do you have any paperwork that shows that 140?" (Well of course not, that was all working papers and they were shredded) "You can't go back on the service plan because the credit union has already funded it" and when I told him I would have to return the car he told me that the credit union owned the car now and took a very "Not my problem" attitude. More
