I absolutely love Braxton and Beau both. Braxton my salesman put me in an affordable vehicle and was incredibly helpful each step of the way! He also kept my daughter entertained so that Bea Braxton my salesman put me in an affordable vehicle and was incredibly helpful each step of the way! He also kept my daughter entertained so that Beau in financing could get my undivided attention, and give me a warranty to cover all my needs! 20/10 recommend! I first went to Tom McNally who was incredibly nasty and made me uncomfortable. But do not allow one employee to take from the rest of the amazing staff! So glad Beau made me comfortable and was so helpful where Tom was not! More

Funny story. I was there closing a deal on a new car for my wife and asked if they had any new trucks on the lot. The salesman ran and returned with two printout I was there closing a deal on a new car for my wife and asked if they had any new trucks on the lot. The salesman ran and returned with two printout for truck they had on the lot. I asked them for my trade in value and they gave me a price for my trade on the spot…sight unseen. I was blown away by the flow of the entire deal…from the salesman to finance, the entire experience was great! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

Hall Ford was a bit of a drive for me, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. no high-pressure tactics, just straightforward information and a good deal made. I have now purchased five vehicles from Hall Ford in Elizabeth City. If they weren't the best Ford dealership around I would take my money elsewhere. The quality of service, the truly honest communication, and the overall car-buying experience at this dealership are AMAZING! My most recent purchase (and most emotionally significant) was a 2023 Ford Bronco Wildtrak...and if you have followed the Bronco saga for even a day...you know how extremely difficult it is to obtain one of these vehicles. The team at Hall Ford worked with me to place my original order in February of 2022...due to supply chain issues and parts constraints my vehicle had to be re-ordered in September which then crossed into the Model Year 2023. David Camper contacted me on the first day the new order banks opened and re-ordered my vehicle...because he did this in such a timely fashion...I was able to get my build scheduled within a month of his re-order! This is almost unheard of in the Bronco world. His diligence and the diligence of the team at Hall Ford led to me picking up my Bronco on December 31st, 2022. Truly a car buying experience I will NEVER forget! The bottom line: I love my Bronco and the team at Hall Ford Elizabeth City from top to bottom is fantastic. While I live in the Southern Virginia/North Carolina corridor I will NEVER buy from another dealership. Period. This team is that good. My experience from the initial order to changes of accessories, to the final purchase, was hands down AMAZING! I ordered my Bronco from here because I knew the experience would be exceptional and this team did not disappoint. Do not waste your time or money elsewhere. BUY your next vehicle here! More
