Tiffany was my service advisor for many years. Otto took over and our interaction was short..I guess he went on vacation, haven't seen him. That is when I met Carlos. Carlos is kind, soft spoken, honest, dependable, professional, listens to my concerns, keeps me calm, explains car issue in a way I can understand, multitasker and loves his job. I have waited for him while he has worked with other consumers. I have observed the same cool, calm professionalism with his consumers.
