Absolutely awful. Spent 30k on a car just for it to leave me stranded 6 weeks later and needing a new alternator. Called Rorhman Kia, spoke to service dept. who said t Spent 30k on a car just for it to leave me stranded 6 weeks later and needing a new alternator. Called Rorhman Kia, spoke to service dept. who said that the $4k extended warranty I paid for should cover alternator and cover a tow to the shop. Called the warranty just to be told that I can’t use it for 45-90 days, so I’d have to cover the tow myself. How can you sell a 30k car and it breaks down in 6 weeks. What a rip off. Save yourself the trouble and go to an honest dealer that will at least stand by their cars and by what they sold you. More
