As a loyal customer for many years I’m beyond disappointed in my last service visit. Prices are outrageous and they don’t want to address known issues with my model. May find a new dealer to se disappointed in my last service visit. Prices are outrageous and they don’t want to address known issues with my model. I enjoy this dealership’s friendly, quick and transparent service. They do what they say and make sure it’s done right. I’ve serviced two cars with them and both are well over 200k! My recent experience on 6/20/25 was positive. It was a simple oil change with multi-point inspection. Joe Budnar always take care of my needs. He has years of experience and guides me with the recommendations and is always honest. This particular instance, I was in and out timely. I was able to apply a coupon mailed to me, which keeps me coming back to the dealership. My family buys all our cars from this dealership too because they have a great salesperson, Scott Wendling. It's always safer to use the service department at the place you bought the car from, in my opinion, because they stand behind their work. Great visit overall. More
