Great Service My 89 year old mother in law inadvertently opened all 4 windows of her brand new 2019 Honda Civic when she used the key remote attempting to lock her My 89 year old mother in law inadvertently opened all 4 windows of her brand new 2019 Honda Civic when she used the key remote attempting to lock her car. (Note that the new key remote controls can inadvertently open all windows, so its important to read up about this in the car manual). The windows were open all night without her knowledge during a heavy rain storm. The interior of the car was drenched and we were afraid of mold and a bad smell. Although this was not the dealer's fault, they kindly vacuumed and dried out the whole car free of charge. This was above and beyond what was expected and much appreciated. More

Anytime I did come in, everyone explained everything to me and I felt confident about whatever decisions I made. I just drove away with a new CRV today, and am excited about all the new features. Great Service and Friendliness I have been going to DCH Kay Honda for years now and they are always consistent, friendly, honest, and they always do great work. With other dealershi I have been going to DCH Kay Honda for years now and they are always consistent, friendly, honest, and they always do great work. With other dealerships, they always seem to be trying to do more to your car than is needed in order to get you to spend more. At DCH Kay, they actually do their best to SAVE you money each time.
