I am a proven manager in various industries now taking on a Sales and Leasing Manager role with Toyota of Des Moines. I am a veteran of the United States Marine Corps where I served from 92-96. I am married with 5 boys in the Johnston area(near Camp Dodge) where we are heavily involved in high school baseball and soccer. I am a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan, but a bigger fan of singing. I had no stress buying my car. Tim was relaxed, knowledgeable, respectful, open and honest, and easy to work with. I told him my needs and budget and he found me the perfect car Tim was relaxed, knowledgeable, respectful, open and honest, and easy to work with. I told him my needs and budget and he found me the perfect car in less than an hour. Eric was a huge help. He was patient, informative, respectful and relaxed, and answered all of my questions. I felt I could call him back any time, if I had any questions. I have never experienced better customer service when buying a car. I will buy cars from them in the future. More

There was an utter breakdown in communication. Things were not said on a previous meeting that resulted in lots of confusion and an end result that was not satisfactory. No one's seemed to be willing to do anything other than say I'm sorry but here are the 2 options. Both being not acceptable. I ended up going with option B because I wanted to be done with the dealership and just gone from there. Will not be recommending this dealer. More
