Sold a certified pre-owned that had been in an accident Took a week to get my car and it still wasn't ready; I had to take it back there 3 times in the first couple of months! I complained about issues tha Took a week to get my car and it still wasn't ready; I had to take it back there 3 times in the first couple of months! I complained about issues that they would not fix, such as the blown speakers and rattling from the moon roof and doors. The whole suspension system needed to be replaced. I needed a new tire since there was a huge bubble 4" x 6" in the sidewall. I was told I could go to any Toyota dealership to have issues resolved, that is NOT TRUE! At almost a year in, found out the car was in a accident prior to my purchase and they covered that up and sold it to me as certified! The mechanic agreed it should never have been certified! They took advantage of me and then they were rude when I tried to address the problems. They are severely dishonest and shady! BUYER BEWARE! WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! Oh, and they are not owned by Toyota, and the company can do Nothing to help except take a complaint! More

Worst dealership ever! And you think because it's Toyota you are safe! They are privately owned dealerships and Toyota couldn't care less what they do! Oh you think the word "Certified" means anything? It you are safe! They are privately owned dealerships and Toyota couldn't care less what they do! Oh you think the word "Certified" means anything? It doesn't! Except it gets more money so they label a car that has been in an accident Certified! Very disgusting people. Management is rude and does not care. They will not take accountability for anything and they will not make it right. Go elsewhere and learn from me... get the car checked out by your mechanic! I was told by the salesman not to bother, this car is certified! HA! So sad, so mean, so unnecessary. They do not have to do bad business, they choose to. Toyota of North Hollywood is a bad bad rotten dealership that employs scam artists and liars! More
