They did the work, but the day I picked up the vehicle, I was informed that the driver's side window motor was now broke. Are you kidding me? Fine, fix it. Well, another scheduled service and they replaced the window motor and it worked. Sort of. Seemed like it didn't operate like before. A month later, the window is stuck halfway open. What? Bring it back in and they tell me its the felt track that is missing and needs to be replaced. Let me get this straight, the window motor you replaced a few weeks ago is NOW missing a part. Fortunately, Tim my service manager went to bat for me and was able to get the work done for free, and I just had to cover the part. Not happy about the whole process and the lack of oversight to make sure that all repairs were done and done at a five star level. Will be very, very concerned about future service at this location. This was a service technician issue. More
