After a few phone calls and emails, they were able to answer our questions and we were easily pre approved. We live out of state approximately 350 miles away, so all of this was very important for us and they made it extremely easy. Once we arrived, we found all the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They have a great variety in their large inventory. (We almost left with more than one vehicle. :) ) We were pleased that the vehicle we were interested in online was accurately described through text and pictures and after a quick inspection and test drive we were able to finish paperwork in about a half an hour. Kraig and Tim made the entire process seamless and painless. We both have worked in the car industry and have high expectations and we would definitely make the trip again to deal with Summit. Also, largest selection of high end mustangs we've ever seen. (Be back soon for our Roush! :) ) More

They have an excellent waiting area for customers with snacks, TV and even Wi-Fi stations for those who need. My husband worked for Chrysler for many years so I've been to many dealerships. This is by far one of the best I've ever been in. I had a couple of complaints, thus my rating of 4 stars, however I know that no place is perfect and this is by far one of the best in the state. In fact, I drive 90 minutes one way every time I go there... that should say something! I highly recommend Summit Automotive! More
