They have an excellent waiting area for customers with snacks, TV and even Wi-Fi stations for those who need. My husband worked for Chrysler for many years so I've been to many dealerships. This is by far one of the best I've ever been in. I had a couple of complaints, thus my rating of 4 stars, however I know that no place is perfect and this is by far one of the best in the state. In fact, I drive 90 minutes one way every time I go there... that should say something! I highly recommend Summit Automotive! More

Good dealership with great selection of inventory This was the second time we came back to this dealership for a vehicle within 6 months. They are over an hour drive for us and we came back due to the This was the second time we came back to this dealership for a vehicle within 6 months. They are over an hour drive for us and we came back due to their extensive selection of vehicles at the best price we could find. Tom was our salesperson and he was very friendly and helpful, and took care of an allignment before our deal was settled. Our only negative that we have to note is the time we spent waiting, between credit approval, trade in appraisal, and in between. As a salesperson myself, I believe the process could have been more streamlined, given this was our second experience there. We had to fill out a new credit app (which we could have done at home the day before, had we known). They could have also asked about the trade in vehicle and started on the appraisal process. These comments are nothing that will prevent us from returning for our next purchase, rather just some notes that might be helpful. So far, both vehicles have been problem-free. More

My wife and I was looking to buy our first mini van and the New Chrysler Pacifica was our first choice because we liked it's very attractive streamlined design. We test drove a couple of them. Driving the Pacifica was really great and gave you a very nice smooth comfortable and quiet interior ride. We had the same sales person as my relative and want to thank him for being so friendly and helpful to us in purchasing a Velvet Red Pacifica which I'm very sure we will enjoy driving. More
