Olivian Balaj from the first moment we met until the moment I left the driveway from the dealership just did an exceptional job. I would highly recommend him for anybody who is looking for a new vehicle. Mr. Balaj showed professionalism, very detailed in all aspects, and answered all questions to the best of his ability. If a customer has any questions and he didn't know the answer he would quickly find someone who would answer the question for you. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and very polite .Upon arriving at the dealership we were treated with respect and Olivian and Tim did everything possible to make sure my mother was happy with the Marano to the point of recommending we try a new Rogue to compare and make absolutely sure that the Marano was what she really wanted. Their main goal was not to sell a car but to make sure She was getting the right vehicle to meet her wants and needs. The atmosphere at the dealership was relaxed absolutely no pressure at all. This is how purchasing a vehicle aught to be .Other dealerships should take lessons from these people I guarantee this will be the first place I look when I need another vehicle.
