Problem resolved We had a problem with Honda Finance accepting our deal and it appeared that we would either accept a different deal or have our 2015 CRV returned to u We had a problem with Honda Finance accepting our deal and it appeared that we would either accept a different deal or have our 2015 CRV returned to us. Fantastic experience with great customer service!! My sales person was Sergio Brito and he was so easy to work with. I had already done my research and new that Manly had on their lot three Kia Sporta My sales person was Sergio Brito and he was so easy to work with. I had already done my research and new that Manly had on their lot three Kia Sportage's that I was looking for. Sergio made sure that I checked out the one that I had as my first choice and then had me test drive my second choice with the pros and cons between the two. Living on the coast I decided that the AWD was the best one for me. We then went inside to close the deal. Manly worked with me on my out the door deal that I needed to be able to buy this car. His manager Tim helped me as well. I had an absolute dollar amount with cash and Sergio and Tim really did a fantastic job working with me. I got the car I wanted for the dollar amount I needed. Extremely good customer service from Manly and the crew. Being in retail for years I appreciate good customer service. Dave in finance was very detailed and good at explaining what all I was getting and how to deal with things if anything on the car went wrong. Bottom line I LOVE my new used car and wouldn't hesitate to tell other people about going to Manly Honda to buy a new or used automobile. More

Just looking today. I had just started looking for another car. I checked with 3 different dealerships. Manly staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. Jesse took the time to inform me and let me take a test drive. I appreciated that he didn't push me, he respected that I was taking my time to get the car for me. I left and had lunch out and reviewed the places I had been and how they dealt with me a senior widow coming in alone, also the price for what I was looking for. I called my son and he came from work and we came back to Manly my son looked over several of the cars available. He asked questions I hadn't thought to ask. I came only looking and made a decision to buy the HR V 2016 model with very low mileage. I like that the car is higher and easy for me to get in and out of. It has pretty well everything I was looking for. Bought it Thursday and picked it up today Saturday. I really liked the way they treated me while I was there. More

228 mile drive=big savings Loved Vince Rossi our online sales manager initial contact. He had everything in order for our late afternoon arrival on a Sunday from out of town. Up Loved Vince Rossi our online sales manager initial contact. He had everything in order for our late afternoon arrival on a Sunday from out of town. Upon our arrival we had been referred to Gio Ceremony also an online sales manager as Vince was off work that day. We compared the Honda Pilot EX-L & Touring models. We test drove the Touring & decided we would go with the Touring over the EX-L. The Touring they wanted to sell us was dirty & the chrome looked like it had small rust spots on it. We were promised we could refuse the vehicle if it wasn’t detailed to our liking. By this time it was close to their 6:00 pm close of business & we expressed our frustration knowing there was an exact Touring model with the same color scheme on their lot with the interior still wrapped from the factory. After speaking to a manager - Tim Dang he assured us that the Touring would be detailed to our liking. After 5-10 minutes Tim came back to us & offered us the Touring that still had the interior factory wrapped. They took it to their detail department (who stayed after hours) & did a quick detail on it while we went to financing. As we had already negotiated a price online & have excellent credit scores the process was simple. Mike Warren was our finance manager. We did purchase an extended warranty as the car is so technological, but we again negotiated a lower price. By this time it was well after their 6:00 pm close. We accepted delivery of the Pilot knowing we would bring it back down at our convenience for a full exterior detail since it was late & dark outside at this point. I contacted Gio two days after our purchase & scheduled a full detail for two weeks later while my husband was working in the area. My husband drove it down & was very impressed with the detail manager - Paul?. There were a few scratches in the chrome door trim that couldn’t be polished out, but Manly wrote a part & service order to have our local Honda dealer service department replace the chrome. Gio also arranged a loaner car for my husband while the Pilot was being detailed. Overall we had a great experience at Manly & would recommend them to others. We love our Pilot! More
