Aloha Manly, Our family moved here from Hawaii after 21+ years in the Marine Corps! We are so excited as we have purchased multiple quality vehicles from Manly Honda! The reason we came back was due to the exceptional customer service, and the non-harassment to buy, buy, buy or get moving that you receive from other dealerships. The attention to detail that Scott Longaker provided during the detailed checklist run down was exceptional! My daughter was comfortable learning the vehicle for her first car. Juan Meza provided us with the initial meet and greet and checked in with my family even though he was busy with multiple customers (Thank you, Sir!). As we moved forward to finalizing the deal. I spoke to the Sales Manager (Cory M.) and he was extremely professional and answered ALL of my questions with detail (Thank you Cory!) Lastly, I was walked through the entire deal by Tim Dang the Finance Manager who made my wife feel like comfortable about the financial portion. Dealership is clean and has a nice environment. Salesmen are attentive but not overly attentive which is good. I had an appointment with Ryan Tanguay who I spoke to before I arrived brought the car Salesmen are attentive but not overly attentive which is good. I had an appointment with Ryan Tanguay who I spoke to before I arrived brought the car I was interested in out front like he said he would. When I was negotiating the price of the car Ryan was reluctant to go back to his manager to help bring the price dow because of things I found with the car. I decided to buy the car then Ryan said he was going to fill up the car with gas but when he returned he said his card didn’t work and wasn’t able to fill it. I asked if he could get a manger and he said there were no managers in the building so we left with an empty tank of gas which I needed to fill up before our 1.5 hour drive home. Very disappointed. More

The service is fine. Young lady who helped me was very nice. I brought my car for service and i also wanted to address a problem with my car. She took pictures and it was sent to managment for review they couldnt help me but said i must of hit something (i would know if i hit something especially on a newer car) and there was nothing they could do (apprently newer civic hatchbacks have this problem, bad design). I just felt like they wouldnt help me unless i threw a fit. They have good service but little compassion. More

Fantastic experience! Jacob called me when the car I wanted showed up and made sure the whole process was quick and easy. Would purchase and recommend Manly Honda. Saw a used car online on their website Thursday evening and asked for more information. Next morning, I was contacted by Javier. I drove 100 miles to Manly Honda Sunday and met with Edgard to look at and test drive the car. Everything was as described, so I completed the paperwork and paid for the car. The process was very smooth with no pressure or stress. There was also no pressure to purchase any extra protection, service or warranty. More
