I stopped in to pick up my truck after repairs were completed that Tim had scheduled with one of their technicians who specialized in the specific type of repair the truck needed. On the way out, an completed that Tim had scheduled with one of their technicians who specialized in the specific type of repair the truck needed. On the way out, and almost as an afterthought, I asked Tim if the dealer’s tire specials were still good through December 31st as my Mustang needed new tires. Tim said yes, but the $200 Ford Pass rebate offer expired after November 28th. Tim saved me $200 with that answer. I then scheduled a November 27th new tire appointment for my Mustang. Next ensued a conversation between Tim and Angie regarding which tires would be the best selection based upon my needs. The energetic conversation eventually even included Bryan from parts. It is always impressive to see how personally invested Boucher Thiensville’s service personnel are in assuring delivery of the highest quality service whenever we bring our vehicles to them. More

I originally purchased my car here 8 years ago. It’s a bit of a hike away from where I live. I had a major issue with a leak in the windshield that nobody else could find no matter how many times I It’s a bit of a hike away from where I live. I had a major issue with a leak in the windshield that nobody else could find no matter how many times I told them the issues I was having over the span of months. Needless to say those dealerships and auto shops negligence caused significant water damage to my control box that needed to be replaced as well now. I’m so thankful for this dealership being able to not only figure out the problem within an hour of when I dropped it off. But they kept me in the loop the entire time and did an excellent job fixing my car. It was well worth the drive up and I will bring my car back for any service work needed and likely the purchase of my next vehicle! More
