I had Tim Hoffman’s card from my initial contact with Palmen and called him to schedule a service call. Tim was courteous, responsive to my concerns and attentive. I am impressed with his pleasant professionalism and the quick response to get my vehicle in order again. Got my car back in time promised and my warrantee (purchased additionally for such repairs but in regular warranty) paid off! $0! More
