Byron told me all about the different features of the car. We were so impressed with Byron that my mother (a Buick owner) said she would go there and talk to Byron when she was ready to buy a new car. The whole process from walking through the door to leaving with a new vehicle was done in an efficient manner with hardly any waiting. Byron made the whole experience very enjoyable and low stress so ask for Byron when you stop by and tell him Sandy D sent you! And Tim, pleasure to meet you too. More

Byron was very knowledgable on all of the features and walked me through them. I ended up getting a 2011 Traverse LT. The 3rd row seat is great for the family, and there is enough room behind the 3rd row to handle all of the sports equipment that filled the trunk of my previous car. Byron ask how could he assist us and we informed him we had an appointment a salesman name Jim. Byron tried to connect us with Jim but apparently he was busy so he asked to assist in any way. We explained what we were looking for and what we seen online and the budget we were working with. Byron made us comfortable and located the car and pulled it up for a test drive right away. Byron's explanation on the car the operation of was very precise and clear. After the test drive we went to do the paperwork and it was made simple and easy. More

Excellent! I got another new Chevy last night and could not be more pleased. This is not the first time I have done business at Advantage, I average a new car about every three years, and I keep going back and it keeps getting better. Through all the years and car purchases John Montgomery has been my sales person. I could go on and on about the great Chevrolet automobiles, the great dealership and of course John Montgomery but the fact that I go back time and again speaks for itself. Excellent! More

He was extremely kind, not pushy at all and put my mind at ease. I had to purchase a new car but was concerned about credit, payments etc. I was interested in the Sonic or Spark. He worked with me in my price range. Did not push me to try to purchase out of my range and said he would totally help me. He was very calm not at all like past car salesmen! I decided on the Spark. He asked what color and I was able to purchase the beautiful blue one in the showroom. In fact it matched his shirt exactly! So was meant to be. I will be sending my husband in to purchase from him and friends. He was beyond what I was expecting. Humberto was the next man I met. He was also very friendly and had a relaxed attitude. Explained everything to me.And showed me pictures of his adorable dogs. The third man I met was Tim Hosek. Hewas also very nice and friendly. A cat lover like me. He also explained everything and answered my questions. All in all these men were so awesome. And made a scary experience very easy.I cant stop talking about how nice they were. Thank you! And I LOVE my new car! More

I found the Silverado I wanted on the Advantage web site for about $2K less than I could buy one locally. I drove from Peoria over 100 miles to purchase from Advantage when they also offered me (by email, based on some photos and my AutoTrader.com appraisal) about $2K more for my old truck than I was offered locally. Upon arrival at their dealership, my old truck appraised as expected, and from there the purchase just happened with no surprises. It was amazing! I got a great deal without the usual back-and-forth price games. And that is what made this my best car buying experience ever. More

Even with my hesitations (you know which ones I'm talking about cause we all have them when purchasing such a large budget item) he made me feel at ease and was not pushy. I then had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Humberto Montemayor and Tim Hosek, which both answered every question I had with very knowledgeable information.
