Saturday morning whim! Saturday I woke up and on slightly more than a whim I decided to go to this dealership and see what was new with Suburban's and possibly trade in my Saturday I woke up and on slightly more than a whim I decided to go to this dealership and see what was new with Suburban's and possibly trade in my older Suburban which years earlier I had purchased from the same dealership. I was immediately greeted by Sales Professional Byron Mendoza who was friendly and helpful. We looked over the 2015 inventory on hand and I decided on a particular one and proceeded to see what it would cost as well as evaluate my trade-in Suburban. Once we agreed to a price and trade-in value I told them I needed to complete the purchase as fast as possible as I had an appointment so I gave them just under an hour to finish everything up. To make a long story a little shorter, they did it. I drove off in my new 2015 Suburban and am very delighted. More

A ggod day at the Chevy Dealer It was a very pleasant experience Byron made the complete process enjoyable. Tim, in finance, worked with me to get payments I could afford so I could get just the right vehicle that gave me peace of mind when my family was driving in it. A Fan of Advantage! (5th if I include the 1 purchase from the Hodgkins Advantage store.) Byron, Humby, Tim and the rest are very professional and LIKEABLE! They're very helpfull (& patient) in making sure that when you're driving off the lot it's in a vehicle You WANT to drive off in! I highly recommend this store! But then, I'm biased. The best place to buy a car!!! I have bought many cars in my day, however Advantage by far has been the best dealership I have ever bought from. Not only was the service wonderful, I have bought many cars in my day, however Advantage by far has been the best dealership I have ever bought from. Not only was the service wonderful, the timely manner was awesome!! And to top things off our salesman Byron Mendoza was excellent! there are so many words that come to mind from my experience this weekend, to name a few, polite, understanding, not pushy, going the distance etc. In total my experience with Advantage and Mr. Mendoza along with the entire staff doing all they could do for us was the result of me buying a new 2014 Traverse!! Not only is the car fabulous my 4 children are now in a safe car!! Thank you Advantage and to Byron for being so awesome to my family and for not being the "regular car dealership" where you feel pressured and no one really goes the distance for you to make a great deal!!! We love our TRAVERSE!!!! More
