My experience from walking in the door to signing on the dotted line was extremely positive. Jim Galbraith took a special interest in making the experience pleasant. He introduced me to John Montgomery, who was very professional, yet at the same time made you feel comfortable. John answered all of my questions and wasn't "pushy" about buying the car. He was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle. John is truly an asset to Advantage Chevrolet. Jim and John, thank you for making me feel at home, like one of the family. I'll definitely recommend you and Advantage to my family and friends! P.S. Like your new showroom! Freddy was really helpful and friendly. He had a good sense of humor. He did not pressure us 4 months ago when we were just looking at the 2013 Cruze. Because of this and because we had our (former) Chevy serviced there when the need arose, we came back to check out the 2014 Cruze and test drive it. The sales manager was also kind and helpful. The only drawback was the lenders were closed at the time of our signing the documents, so we did not know who the lender was or the lender's address. Oh, and the all weather floor mats were missing. But Freddy got them to us asap. I do not see any reason to knock off any stars for these two minor items though. More

This was the first time I was at Advantage Chevy to purchased a vehicle. My sales person John Montgomery was great because he walked me thru from the start to the finish. All employees there were friendly and seeing if you need any help with anything. Advantage Chevy in Bolingbrook I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I was very happy with the price of the 2500hd that I purchased from them.
