Another great experience with Tim and the Service Department. It was easy to book an appointment and drop off and as usual Tim was friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward with all of the work Department. I’ve been a customer here for years and have purchased four cars from this dealership, which is why I chose to return for service. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ord four cars from this dealership, which is why I chose to return for service. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a part that needed to be replaced and, three weeks later, dropped my car off overnight as instructed. The next day, I received a call as if they had no idea why my car was there. It turned out the part had never even been ordered. Mistakes can happen, but what frustrated me most was the way it was handled. Brian, who I believe may have been the service manager, brushed it off as if it wasn’t a big deal that I now had to make a third trip back for their mistake. I live over an hour away, and not once was there an apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. They eventually fixed the issue a week later and provided a loaner, but the lack of accountability and basic courtesy was unacceptable. It felt as though their error was somehow my problem to deal with. It’s unfortunate, because I’ve always liked the sales team, but the service department—particularly the manager—needs serious improvement in how they treat customers. This level of customer service is not what I would expect from a dealership I’ve trusted for years, and because of this experience, I will not be returning. More

They are honest and very transparent. They tell you if something does not need to be done yet. I came in for an oil change. A little bit early. Everyone was courteous and professional, especially Tim, our service advisor. However, the service on the vehicle lacked attention to detail. When I arrived home, the "full oil pan light came on" I chose our service advisor. However, the service on the vehicle lacked attention to detail. When I arrived home, the "full oil pan light came on" I chose not to go over the bridge and face inconvenience, along with high volume, traffic. I went to the dealership near my home in Johnston (Grieco) They charged me twenty dollars to re-set the computer and turn off that light. More
