Ralph is THE MAN and when you meet him, you will immediately know what I am talking about. Ralph introduced me to Tim Katt, Ivey Thigpen, Brett Hughes, Denise Newman, West Walker, and yes, Frank Walker - all consummate professionals. Brett Hughes provided an excellent financing package and even showed my wife and I how to get great warranty coverage on another vehicle we own - he is really, really good with financing and details of the deal. The more homework you do, the more you know that Walker has the best prices, terms, financing, and people. My experience was fantastic and I highly recommend Walker Ford. DWeech More

We love our new Ford Edge Sport! When we first arrived on site, Danny was friendly and listened to what we wanted in a new car! He could tell I was anxious about choosing the right car for our family and on site, Danny was friendly and listened to what we wanted in a new car! He could tell I was anxious about choosing the right car for our family and answered all of my questions without hesitation. My husband felt at ease right away, really liking his straight forward attitude - it definitely helped that they were both part of the Marine Corp Veteran family! The test drive was awesome and I loved the handling of the Edge! We were recommended to your dealership by our very close friend - he stated that we would be in good hands and no one would treat us better and he was absolutely right! We met Tim, who encouraged us to reach out with any questions, and even when I said I needed to sleep on it - there was no pressure to buy right then. We called later that day and received a call immediately back from Tim answering all of our questions. We came back the very next day, did another test drive and ended up buying the Edge that was in the show room! Danny was patient as he laid out both price options between the sport and other edge - he gave us time to look at both options, compare them and come to our decision! Never once did we feel pressured and that made all the difference! We also met Harry and Tim during our buying process and everyone made us feel welcomed and like family! They were easy going, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. All in all we couldn't be happier! I feel 100% that I made the right decision and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Ralph Harrell was very helpful and customer-oriented. I enjoyed working with him during the purchase of my wife's new Escape. Never had the feeling anyone at the dealership was trying to be less than hones enjoyed working with him during the purchase of my wife's new Escape. Never had the feeling anyone at the dealership was trying to be less than honest with me. The Sales manager (Tim Katt) also was friendly and helpful. We have had the car for just over a week and so far we are very satisfied. I hope the service experience will be just as good, when we take the car in for the first service visit. More

i bought a new ford explorer limited 2001 and all cash. then i said never again.. the staff did not even want to talk to me the next day although i paid $35K cash the day before.!!. i wanted some accessor then i said never again.. the staff did not even want to talk to me the next day although i paid $35K cash the day before.!!. i wanted some accessories, and i said forget it . i sold that car within a year . this time my son wanted a ford truck 4x4 . i couldnt dissuade him. so i came Thursday evening just before closing as i did not want to see any one. i bumped into claudio and tim. they were so friendly that i felt things have changed here. i negotiated a price that i thought they will say no and i can myself out of buying a ford.Tim was a good businessman . i trusted him and respected his negotiation skills. he made me buy a ford f150 4x4 ! basically he gave me an offer i could not refuse. i believe ford should be proud of Tim Katt. sam . have been using this dealership as a matter of conveinence to have my Ford F-150 serviced. I have been watching for the 2013 Ford Fusion to hit the showroom, last time through they had the new Tit conveinence to have my Ford F-150 serviced. I have been watching for the 2013 Ford Fusion to hit the showroom, last time through they had the new Titanium on the floor. didnt want to deal with the high pressure sales strategy, your team gave me what I wanted and needed along with tradinging in my 2012 F150, bought the Titanium off the floor. they were knowledgeable, helpful and efficient getting the deal done. Vic and Tim did a great job taking care of me. We are looking for a second Titanium in the next few months, will be sure to come back here and purchase. We will also continue to use the service center for their professional atitudes and work. Thanks Bob More
