I was not satisfied with my first visit at this dealership for service on Labor Day but decided to give them another chance. I am glad that I did because Miguel Navarro really impressed me with the dealership for service on Labor Day but decided to give them another chance. I am glad that I did because Miguel Navarro really impressed me with the service he provided. He explained everything in detail and even apologized for calling about 30 minutes after the window they stated the car repair would be completed. When I went to pick up my car I noticed a hub cap missing which was not missing when I brought it in and he quickly replaced it. I moved jobs and homes recently and Elk Grove is the most convenient location. I am very pleased I can continue taking my vehicle there for service. Miguel really won me over and definitely deserved recognition for his outstanding customer service. Thanks Miguel! More

Both the service advisor A.Nguyen and the service Technician T.Keosykao provided a consultation for recommended maintenance services in the future to ensure my car for reliability ( being my truck 2015 Tacoma W/ only 5,100 miles ) total. These two are highly skilled and just containt a paramount of Automotive knowledge. I am looking forward to my next visit. More
