The salesman (Tim Kulla) couldn't have been better or more professional. Didn't feel any pressure by him to make a sale. I couldn't possibly recommend this dealership more. Even though there is a Honda dealership only 5 minutes from where I live, I will most likely have all my service work done in Torrington since I trust these people. More

Even when I really thought it just might be best if i wait another year to better suit my budget, they worked hard to find the answer. (I would have been fine waiting too, but they made it work) All very helpful, and Tim was very patient and understanding. I. had many questions - he answered them clearly. He satisfied a couple of requests without hesitation, and made me feel important the entire time. Other staff also made me feel comfortable and were efficient at their jobs. I've used their service department a few times and have been quite satisfied. Especially appreciated that they didn't push additional work. Facility may not be as fancy as some, but that's not a drawback in my opinion. More
