I purchased 2022 f150 XLT used and I found it online. I come in to see it and salesman pulled it out we test drive it and everything was good until we sat down to do paperwork. I already looked into truc I come in to see it and salesman pulled it out we test drive it and everything was good until we sat down to do paperwork. I already looked into truck online and called that morning to make sure it was available and check on price. It was listed for 40,000. He decides tell me Window price is 46,000 he could get manager drop it to 45,000 so I’m instantly aggravated because I see he’s looking to take advantage. I show him online price and he said there must be mistake manager said that was best price. I get up to leave and he rushes over to talk to manager and talks to him than stops me and lies and says there was a mix up and they will honor that price. As I stated in beginning I already called in earlier that day to check price. So I let him know he’s trying full of it and I’m not stupid. Then manager walks over and asking what can he do make deal work I said give me good price and be honest and not try play games. He said his guy made mistake on price and only reason I’m giving two stars is because he was very helpful and only reason I didn’t walk out. So I purchased truck cash as we agreed on price and couple things that would get done to truck. Problems that was never resolved 1. No floor mats No problem you buy truck today we will give you new ones? Two weeks later haven’t heard a peep 2. Truck was just traded in so not ready to leave was getting detailed that day. Couple little imperfections on outside. Salesman they will buff it all out don’t worry….. this is 5:00 so I go home to get cash I come back 6:00 truck is already out front clean and gassed up. I had to do paperwork and pay so I’m not thinking how could they buff truck out and detail and get gas in hour? Because they did quick wash and called it a sale out door. Next morning I noticed all same imperfections salesman said would come out no problem still there and under seats are dirty and door jams. So I’m frustrated I call salesman he says no problem bring it in tomorrow I get in at 12:00. Now I take half day from work to get this done. I ask about mats and now he’s working on it his whole attitude has changed now that sale is finalized he’s going to see what he can do. Then he tells me guy that does buffing is off today and he will call me with appointment so I just took off work for 12:00 appointment today for no reason. Two weeks later truck still hasn’t been detailed or buffed no phone call nothing!!!!!!! 3. Small notch in windshield from rock. No problem you purchase truck today we will replace it!!! Two weeks later haven’t heard anything!!!!!!! 4. I ordered leather skins for seats and salesman says I will call you next week to schedule an appointment. Two weeks later haven’t heard anything!!!!!!! Salesman Brian will lie and promise you anything to get sale and not follow through with anything!!! I definitely wish I just went to homosassa ford . I’ve purchased two trucks from them in 3 years never had issues. But I will say sales manager was very helpful and straightforward. I will be reaching out to him this week to hopefully get my truck completed as promised. But this has been worse experience I’ve ever had purchasing from ford. More

Customer Service IS Very IMPORTANT. If you tell someone we'll have your car ready at the end of this day or tomorrow a.m. and then at the end of day 2 I call to find out what is going If you tell someone we'll have your car ready at the end of this day or tomorrow a.m. and then at the end of day 2 I call to find out what is going on with my car? That is terrible customer service. I would add, on day one she also said to me it sounds like a starter? She is NOT a mechanic. On day [5] I picked up my car. I brought it to FORD, because I needed a car I could depend on. Even after a page I typed out, giving them exactly the problem...they could NOT have been following my exact description. So disgusted. Maybe they are FINE with oil changes, easy things but MECHANICS dubious. I really hate having to say these things. I would much rather have glorified my experience with my car being fixed. They did not charge me at the end, after Rayann told me it would be $700 to put in a certain part (that my Son thought it could be) and when I asked IF they will warranty that I do not get stuck somewhere she said, hold on. Came back and said "her" manager said no charge, just come get your car. She is young and every experience makes you better at your job. Getting cars in and out (fast) may be what you think is important or perhaps FORD has those pressure tactics? No one but they know, so I hope you do NOT discard my second review, but rather use it for a learning experience. Mechanics that do NOT READ something carefully, miss the mark. My problem related to how much time passed in between where I drove to, shut if off and then how much time elapsed until I could start it again. So when the MECHANIC told me, by the time I got the equipment to diagnose it, it started. That tells me, he stopped got coffee, chatted with his friends and wasted at least a 1/2 hr. So Both RayAnn and the Mechanic (who spoke to me twice) are at fault. You need to address this. BTW, I have a copy of the piece of paper describing the car's problem. That paper was never given back to me. Mr Hopkins, never answered my email, either. I couldn't find the name of the MANAGER on the web-site, either. These are the only 2 people I personally had to deal with. So everybody else gets 1 star. More
