I've lived in Fort Atkinson for about 4 years now, but I've been working in the Automotive Industry since 1970. I've worked in service and in the body shop prior to selling so you could say I know a thing or two about vehicles. I'm a huge sports fan and enjoy rooting for my Brewers, Bucks, and Packers! Friendly, fast service Everyone was very helpful in getting me into a new vehicle after an accident. I test drove the vehicle I ended up buying. They were not pushy. Would not have to return if original job was done right Had a trailer hitch package installed, car sent out to Janesville u-haul, was not completed in time, nor was it done correctly. Wires were zip-tied an Had a trailer hitch package installed, car sent out to Janesville u-haul, was not completed in time, nor was it done correctly. Wires were zip-tied and hanging on exhaust system, plug was dragging on the ground. Very poor job and apparently not inspected by service department. We always brought our trucks here for service if we couldn't fix it ourselves, but it seems that since becoming "Griffin Ford", the quality is not there. Not a happy camper. More
