Service was standard. However, I was a little blown away that an oil change and tire rotation took over 2 hours! I had an appointment at 9:30 am and didn’t leave until almost 12 pm. I witness an interaction that was very off putting and is making me consider another location and I’ve been coming here since I purchased the car in 2017. A customer came in for an oil change and was told how long it would take, didn’t like it and treated the service associate poorly. He went to complain, to what I can only assume was the manager, and this manager person told the service associate to service the man’s car asap. Meanwhile, it’s 30 minutes past my appointment and my car was still in the queue. What’s the point of appointments if people can come in to get special treatment? More
