This is my second vehicle purchased at Advantage. The experience, once again was a great one. Very nice people, friendly and helpful. Jim Galbraith and Andre Thomas were just as nice and friendly this ti experience, once again was a great one. Very nice people, friendly and helpful. I had a oil change on my first vehicle I purchased here while I was getting my other new vehicle and the experience in the service department was just as good. I had the best experience at Advantage Chevrolet in Bolingbrook! I had seen a used car I liked online and called ahead of time to make sure the car was still there. They set it aside for me and when Bolingbrook! I had seen a used car I liked online and called ahead of time to make sure the car was still there. They set it aside for me and when I got there I was pleasantly surprised to see it had been completely cleaned inside and out. Everyone was super nice and let me take the car for a test drive by myself. It only took me a few minutes to realize this was the car I wanted after aggressively searching for over a month. Not only do I love my new car, but I will never forget the incredible service I received. I dreaded going to dealerships because of the "typical" sales person. However, Advantage is completely different. Charlie was absolutely wonderful and made my purchase happen so I could drive the car home that night. I can't say enough about my great experience and want to thank everyone at Advantage for their awesome service. More

The service I received was beyond my expectations. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend the dealership to any one needing a new or used vehicle. I got a great price on the vehicle i staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend the dealership to any one needing a new or used vehicle. I got a great price on the vehicle i purchased .I was in and out In less then 2 hours with car and plates and all paperwork signed. Joe Grahovec my sales representative was knowledgeable, helpful, very polite and got me a great deal . If I were to purchase another vehicle in the future I would ask for him as my sales rep. and I would suggest others to do the same. Thank you , Kristen Smith More

Very good experience with Byron Mendoza on both visits to the dealership. He was very courteous to me and my wife. He was also knowledgeable about the car. However I was told by Mr McDonald he didn't rea the dealership. He was very courteous to me and my wife. He was also knowledgeable about the car. However I was told by Mr McDonald he didn't really want to sell me this car.?? He told me they are losing money if they sell me this car. I know he told me this to avoid negotiating a price. Hard to believe a car dealer would tell customers they sell cars and NOT make money! Maybe some personel at this dealership needs some training. More

Making a decision to purchase a Chevy Cruze was an easy one thanks to the great team of salesmen and managers at Advantage Chevrolet. I did my research on their website and quickly came into contact with Jim Galbraith. Tim McDonald helped make my decision to purchase a used 2011 Cruze. Khaalis Alexander's quick pre-approval and great rate got me into their store three days after I made the decision to buy. Charlie Watson, my salesman was great and very patient as I wandered from Cruze to Cruze trying to pick a color. I couldn't have asked for a better experience purchasing my first car. More
