Tim Nobile

I don't rate the Dealership, but Tim Nobile who did an excellent job selling the car to us. When I bought other cars I had to deal with people who were pushing us to buy. Tim was totally different. Appreciate the no hassle approach. Tim Nobile and Monte’Burney went above and beyond to make our daughters first car experience memorable. Nice to leave a dealership without the feeling of having been pressured or exposed to the old school car sales scare tactics. Keep using what works to sale cars. Quality, forthright, and honest dealership My experience in the car-buying arena has not been stellar in the past, but the employees at Toyota of Cleveland put me at ease and were very forthrig My experience in the car-buying arena has not been stellar in the past, but the employees at Toyota of Cleveland put me at ease and were very forthright in sharing their information with me. I have always felt "taken" when I purchased vehicles in the past, but I didn't feel that way when I left this dealership. My only recommendation is that the service department shouldn't be "robots". When they see a problem with a vehicle being purchased, they should take the initiative to make the problem right. I had to point out a problem with the used vehicle that I was purchasing and they fixed it to my satisfaction, only after I pointed out the obvious problem. More
