Tim is diligent, honest and efficient (BTW these are not words that I would necessarily use when I have had dealings with the luxury brands that I have purchased for my wife and me) . I always lease a car just in case its a do, and if it performs well, I purchase it off lease. My last vw purchase was a diesel and on the back end of the issue Tim helped me through the complicated return and reimbursement process. I doubt many salespeople have the foresight to do so. The finance managers have always been and continue to be clear, honest and acting in the conumers' best interest. More

Never applies any of the classic car dealer pressure and is willing to work with me in-person, over the phone, via text, and via email. When I am ready to buy my next car, I will be stopping by to see Tim at North Penn VW first. The is the second new car I have work with Jason H on financing/paperwork. He was great the first time, but even better this time around. I had to get in/out quick with the purchase and had my 18 month old son with me. Jason gave some of his model cars to my son for him to play with while he helped me work through the paperwork as quickly as possible. Just like Tim, I never felt pressured to buy anything. Simply provides the facts/options and helps me decide what's best. More

Quick and helpful response but was concerned with them not having the vehicle i was specifically looking for. I was originally planning on going to a different dealership but glad i didn't. Tim was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Jason at the finance department also made the process very fluid and seamless. Was not pushy in trying to push any extras and can see was genuinely trying to make sure that i had coverage for anything that i may need. I have gone thru the car buying/leasing process at least 15 times in the past 3 years and i definitely have to say that this was one of the easiest and quickest experiences i had. More

I drove 2 hours to work with them a second time rather than buying from one of the many local dealerships because the experience was excellent. This second experience was even better. Tim was so helpful and willing to jump through hoops to help me. And Jason made the finance part easy. Walking in to a car dealership as a female by yourself is always hard because there are a lot of assumptions that you aren't knowledgeable. I didn't feel that way at all. On the contrary, they answered all of my questions and made me feel valued. I absolutely would go back or recommend to a friend. More
