Best VW in the Area! I bought my VW Atlas at North Penn VW last week. I don't usually take the time to post reviews but given the great car buying experience I felt compe I bought my VW Atlas at North Penn VW last week. I don't usually take the time to post reviews but given the great car buying experience I felt compelled to do so. I was initially planning on using a dealership closer to my house out of convenience but I'm glad I didn't. Shawn and John responded to my emails immediately which is what got me in the door in the first place. If it were not for their initial interaction, I would likely still be driving my old car (as I initially was not planning to look for another few weeks at the earliest). Tim greeted us when we arrived and was very thorough highlighting all the features during the test drive and did an awesome job walking me through everything once again when I bought the car. Since then he has followed up a couple times to make sure everything was going well and to check to see if I had any additional questions after driving it for a few days. In the finance department, Jason H walked me through all the paperwork, doing a great job explaining all my options in detail and presenting the value of each option without making me feel pressured. If you're considering buying a Volkswagen (or any other car), then North Penn VW is well worth the drive even if you have a dealership closer to your house. More

I emailed approximatey 5 dealerships to get quotes and answers to my questions and North Penn was by far the most responsive, the most helpful, and also the lowest quote. Shawn was the first person to email me and he spelled al the terms of the lease out perfectly. Then once I went to the showroom Tim was very pleasant and when I say he knew everything about the Atlas I really mean it, he was even quoting page numbers from the manual. The finance guy Jason was informative but not pushy; I ended up not selecting any of the “add ons” and I didn’t get any sense of attitude or annoyance from him. I can’t say enough good things about the people at North Penn VW, especially Tim. More
