I traveled from NJ to Pennsylvania to buy our vehicle there because our first contact with their sales representative was very helpful and pleasant to talk with. When we arrived at the dealership the facility was exceptional and everyone very helpful and pleasant offering information rather than pressure to buy. We knew what we wanted and chose several autos to look at. They immediately brought out all 4 vehicles for us to drive and inspect at the same time. That has never happened at any dealer I have been to. The General Manager sat with us and went through inventory and cost of each vehicle to match our needs and help us make an informed decision. Everyone we talked to at the agency was polite and made sure we were being taken care of. The service dept is first class and the parts dept was very well merchandised for customers to view and purchase products. I will return to and consult with this agency for any Volkswagen concerns I may have. I have owned Volkswagen products for 30 years and will continue to do so. More
