Our salesman Tim Jessatt, secured the car we wanted and had me fill out the credit application on-line prior to our appointment to expedite the whole process. It worked like charm.. After Jason Hartman walked us through our options for about 30 minutes, we signed the papers. Then Tim gave me a great tutorial on the options and features of the car (a new Passat). I love the car and the leasing experience was painless. Great car form a great dealership! More

Fast freindly and easy to do busniess with I went to the dealership on Friday afternoon looking at a Jetta for my wife that I found on there web site. I went back on Saturday morning traded my car I got a great trade in value and left with my wife's 2013 certified Jetta an hour later. I was very hesitant to go to the dealer for my car, my past experiences with other dealers were full of pressure and being unpleasant to deal with. This was not the case here! I love VWs! Tim was fantastic and very personable. I went from looking at a CC to perhaps getting a brand new Passat to ultimately getting a Tiguan. There was no pressure to get one over the other and I ended up getting the one that I thought was out of our reach financially. Thanks so much, I love my car, the whole family fits and I got the bells and whistles to boot! More
