Clearly an experienced sales team who know VW's. Other dealers we experienced employed sales people with less than 6 months experience and no clue about basic features. Amazing customer service and friendly people!!! I bought my Jetta about a month ago. My boyfriend and I drove 2 hours from NY to go see the car because the deal was that good! We showed up at 5 PM on a Saturday (right when the dealership closes...bad timing!) and Tim Notarianni helped us for 2 hours! I never once felt pressured to buy the car, or that us coming so late was an issue for Tim. He took his time to help me feel comfortable with my purchase and really did an outstanding job of answering any questions I had. He was personable, kind and really made me feel so comfortable. I love my new car!! Jason Hartman helped me with my finances and he also did a great job answering any questions I had. He also didn't make me feel rushed, even though I was buying the car almost 2 hours after the dealership had closed. He took the time to read through all my paperwork with me and really helped me with figuring out all of the NYS DMV questions I had. All in all, my visit was the best car buying experience I've ever had! More

He then sat with me and went over every detail of the car. He also called two days later to see how everything was going. I would recommend Tim at VW Colmar because he made my experience of leasing my first car a great one! Jason was also very helpful with showing all of the different packages that I could add with leasing the car. He understood that I didn't want to rush into a package at the moment and he didn't make me feel like I should be forced into any of them. More
