I shopped at a number of VW and Honda dealers looking for a car. I stopped in at North Penn VW to look at their Jetta inventory, and I was greeted and helped by Tim Notarianni. Tim was awesome to deal with and he provided me with a ton of information on the pre-owned program. He showed me a few options, none of which we were interested in. He indicated there was a Jetta being service and would be available for sale later in the week. It sounded like the exact car my daughter was interested in. Tim called me later in the week to indicate that he did not want to sell me the car for my daughter. He felt it was not in the appropriate condition for him to sell to me. However, he did find an alternative and I went back to look at that. To my surprise, the alternative was awesome, a much better option than our original, and the price was exactly where we wanted to be. In the end, Tim's integrity and honesty sold us on North Penn and him as a salesman. He was extremely helpful, very open and honest, and able to deliver for us. I look forward to a long relationship with North Penn. More

Second time there was as good as the first I bought a car 9 years ago went back and it was just as good as the first time. Tim really knows the VWs he was able to go over all the changes from I bought a car 9 years ago went back and it was just as good as the first time. Tim really knows the VWs he was able to go over all the changes from my older model and went over all the improvements VW has made. I would go back a third time, they didn't pressure me and listened to my needs. More

2012 Tiguan SE I had an awesome experience at North Penn Volkswagen today. Everybody I spoke with was a pleasure to deal with. I spoke with John over the Internet and when I got in this morning he directed me to Tim Notarianni. There was a small issue with the vehicle that Tim had noticed when he was getting the Tiguan ready for me to test drive, so he made it a point to have the vehicle repaired on immediately before I drove it. He also went above and beyond to buff out a few small scuffs I had noticed while I was dealing with Jason in finance who did everything possible to get me the best rate possible. I'm glad they made my first major car buying experience hassle and stress free I couldn't have asked for a better sales team today. Needless to say I drove my Tiguan home today and I love everything about it. Thanks fellas keep up the good work! Highly recommended!! More
