A dealer you can trust My family has been dealing with NP for thirty years. The number would have been way more if not for my 10 year obsession with Saab's, but I digress - we all make mistakes. I've always liked the people who work at NP, they are a friendly group, easy to deal with, and very professional. You will not get beat up, lowballed, or bs'd at North Penn. They are straight shooters. At delivery, Tim did a great job of explaining the intricacies of the high-tech Touareg to me, in a way that I could understand (I'm 67 - trying to get along in a 20-something electronic world), and Jason breezed through the paperwork at a nice pace - I never felt rushed. More

So during our Saturday morning drive we discussed having to test drive our new vehicles and wondered how long of a day we would have. Well, it was the best experience we had in dealing with a dealership. My dad bought a pre-owned vehicle and I leased a VW Jetta. Tim not only knew absolutely everything about both cars, but he took the time to make sure we understood all the details before we left that day. It was a great experience. Staff was so friendly, informative and a pleasure to deal with. I will not go anywhere else to shop for a vehicle. More

As a recently separated single mother, they were very sympathetic and understanding and able to provide me with financing on a brand new car in just one day. Tim was very patient and thorough in his tutorial of the car and tour of the service department. I will most definitely continue to use North Penn VW and refer them to others in the future. More

Walking into a Volkswagen dealership on a snowy evening is not my idea of the way to spend my free time, but when you walk into North Penn Volkswagen Walking into a Volkswagen dealership on a snowy evening is not my idea of the way to spend my free time, but when you walk into North Penn Volkswagen and you are welcomed by a gentleman such as Tim Notarianni, you cannot help but be pleased to be just where you are! I was dropping off my car for a routine service appointment on such an evening and, as always, I was greeted by the friendly service manager Bill Sampson. He was warm, knowledgeable and pleasent. He was not selling cars, nor were any other of the associates that I encountered that evening. These men were being human, kind, gracious. Tim Notarianni is the leader of these qualities. He was, as usual, filled with more knowledge about my upcoming service and concerned that everything was in good shape with my current 2012 Jetta. .North Penn doesn't need to sell cars because the staff at that dealership just makes you want to buy anything from them. I walked out that night with a brand new Volkswagon . I don't know why I bought a car. I certainly had not planned to do so, but once again, I have another wonderful car with the memories of a wonderful North Penn VW experience. I spoke to one of the employees of the dealership saying, " I don't particularly like a Volkswagens more than any other car in the world, " but I certainly like to work with North Penn and their staff, their financial management representative, Jason Hartman, a true professional and especially their sales representative, Tim. These kinds of people make buying anything, a pleasure. I would recommend them and I trust them. When I'm there, I feel important and I feel that my concerns are theirs . They make me realize that my safety and happiness is their most important job. What more can you ask in this day and age! More

His knowledge of the vehicles and their options is something you would not expect a salesperson to know, but he knows pretty much everything there is to know about VW's! Tim really goes that "extra mile" to make your new car purchase happen. Jason Hartman in the finance department made the purchasing process quick and painless. His attention to detail, clean and orderly office environment make buying a car easy. The cars are great but the service north Penn has to offer is amazing. My sales man Tim nortarianni was extremely helpful and well knowledge of the entire sales process and the car. He did not harras me into buying the car like a lot of other dealerships and sales people do, but was always there and available for any questions or concerns I had. I also dealed with Jason Hartman who made the paper work process extremely easy to go through. I have recommended about 5 of my friends and family to Tim and they couldn't say enough good things about him and his team at north Penn.
