I had been to other dealers and walking in there as a woman, alone they came off as cocky and tried to take advantage of me. Here they did not do this AT ALL. Buying my first new car was very intimidating but they put me at ease and I would recommend them to everyone. Very proud to be a Toyota owner because of my great experience. Thank you guys so much!! It was no pressure and I got to test drive what I wanted at the moment and I am a picky gal. Very happy with my purchase!! Dave Avemian went out of his way to find exactly what I was looking for. Dave was helpful and available at all times by text to notify me of the progress of searching for the car. He also expedited with my insurance as there was a minor glitch. I drove off the lot in my beautiful new car with all the specs I wanted. Thanks Dave. More

He didn't try to talk fast or say a lot of confusing things to get me to buy. He answered all my questions, dealt with me changing my mind, and answered more questions, he was very patient. While I was trying to decide between two cars, he let me take one of them home to try for the day and made a video of the second one so I could look at it some more away from the dealership. It was fantastic and helped me decided which car I wanted. I would recommend Toyota of Naperville and David. More
