Jessica Mendez took time to speak to us and made sure that we both understood how to navigate on the Toyota website. She even got me a cup of coffee!! Tim O'Connell, in Finance, was extremely professional and did his best to serve us and send us on our way!!! Overall.....TOP NOTCH service....throughout!!!!! Would STRONGLY recommend!!!!! More

During my search for a Nissan vehicle, I stumbled upon a 2016 Camry SE lease special. After looking up consumer reviews, and talking with a family member who currently owns a 2008 Camry, with 250,000 miles, I decided to make an appointment at the Naperville location. I worked with Meraj, Dustin, Mitch and Tim, and was blown away by the professionalism and offers they had given me. I made the right decision going to Toyota instead of its competitors, and I will be a lifetime customer. Not only did I receive excellent customer service from everyone I worked with, but I drove away in something better than I had anticipated leaving with. I love my 2016 Camry SE, and the customer service I received at this location. 5/5 all around! More
