Awesome, no pressure staff Tim Sterling was the man. Normally my family deals with Dan Peter's and has for years, but Tim took great care of me and never once pressured us into Tim Sterling was the man. I was looking for a nice used CPo and Tim let us try whatever we wanted. He never once steered me from my decision and pressured into a new car. He just wanted me to be happy with whatever I got Overall great experience and I will definitely buy from Klaben again. Only bad thing I will say that kind of ruined my day is that Ford (not really the fault of klaben but still salty) is that my car was the last year of sync 2 so they discontinued navigation in my vehicle which I was really looking forward to and go upgrade to sync 3 is around 2 grand so that's out of the question right now. I'm pretty disappointed in this and wish there was a way around this. Overall it was a great experience besides the sync. More

Great customer service I give Kalban a 5 star rating because they go out of their way to get you the best car and back it up. Both of my cars are "Dealer Certified" and they are excellent for used cars. They stand by them with great service and help you in any way they can. Also how many dealers would drive out to show my wife the car before even buying it? Not many. Their service department is also excellent. I do recommend them for first class service and a buying experience that can't be beat. More
