All Around AWESOME Experience!! My Wife and I are so happy that we found Klabens! From start to finish this was the best vehicle purchase we have ever had. Starting with Tim Sterling My Wife and I are so happy that we found Klabens! From start to finish this was the best vehicle purchase we have ever had. Starting with Tim Sterling sending video so I could see more detail so I didn't drive 2 1/2 hours for a vehicle I may not want, then when I did travel out he let me drive it as much as I wanted and check everything out - he even put it up on a lift so I could see underneath, and then called me later to make sure I made it home safe as I had to drive through really bad storms. Tim never pressured me to buy and he didn't try to shove me towards other vehicles that weren't what I wanted. Then he made the purchase process so easy, everything was ready to go when my wife and I arrived, the deal was worked out without any last minute tweaks, and Jenn Bowen had our paperwork done while Tim switched our stuff from vehicle to vehicle. Above all they were so nice and cheerful and happy at their jobs. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! More

Pretty Good! The salesman (Tim) was great!! He was funny and was really helpful!! However, the finance specialist seemed less enthusiastic about me being in her The salesman (Tim) was great!! However, the finance specialist seemed less enthusiastic about me being in her office and wasn't able to answer my questions because she didn't know the answers, which made me nervuous. In fact, when I asked her for more information about a document regarding arbitration, she seemed offended and annoyed that I asked for more information. There were also a couple of times she responded to me defensively. For example, when she was trying to sell me the extra things like extended service plan, I told her I wasn't ready to make that decision, because she was asking me to pay an extra $2k (rounded up). I asked her for more time and she seemed annoyed by that. I tried to explain that her asking me to pay that much after only speaking with her for 10 minutes made me uneasy. But I said I recognized that it was about her making money -- which I clarified to mean Ford -- because she was quick to say she wasn't going to make money from this. I thought this was a little unprofessional of her, and made me not secure about the papers I signed. She also seemed to just say, sign things because you are supposed to. She also gave me inaccurate information about gap insurance. I asked her multiple times if I couldn't think about it. She said I had two weeks to decide. However, when I called back the next day, she said, oh sorry, you had to decide when you were here. So, that was annoying. Aside from that, it was a good experience. More
