So glad I went to Klaben! I am so glad I came here first to lease the new 2017 MKZ , even though I live an hour and a half away! Gene Kallmeyer went above and beyond during the I am so glad I came here first to lease the new 2017 MKZ , even though I live an hour and a half away! Gene Kallmeyer went above and beyond during the WHOLE process. Also he was very professional. Jennifer in the finance department also made it very quick and simple to sign papers and get me on the road in my new Lincoln! I would definitely recommend leasing or buying a car from Klaben Kent! More

Satisfied customer Buddy, Tim, and Christina were all amazing with helping me close the deal. We completed everything except signatures over the phone. It's Because Of Those Two Salesmen! Tim Sterling and Ty Davis are two of the best salesmen I've ever dealt with at not only Klaben but at at ANY dealership I've been to! I actually went Tim Sterling and Ty Davis are two of the best salesmen I've ever dealt with at not only Klaben but at at ANY dealership I've been to! I actually went to another dealership with my son to look at a car he was interested in the day before we went to Klaben. The difference was like night and day! The representative at that other dealership wasn't very friendly, and they acted like my son wasn't good enough to get a car and even lied by saying his prior auto loan that he had good standing with was not on his credit report! The person we dealt with was kind of abrupt and even made some comments that started to push our buttons (especially my wife's). I would not recommend that place to anyone when they could go somewhere so much better! But Klaben on the other hand, I am recommending them to everyone! It's mainly because of two sales representatives and the way they took their time with us and the way they handled themselves professionally, and especially the fact how they made us feel very comfortable to the point as though we were dealing with family! I also love how they didn't make us feel rushed, took the time to answer all our questions that we had, and even went beyond to further explain things and break everything down for us! There is something I saw in these two salesmen that I thought was a value you don't come across very often at places like this. What I saw in them was that their heart was in it, and they are very passionate about what they do! Ty Davis and Tim Sterling are what made the Klaben dealership such a pleasure to deal with! We wound up buying two vehicles there at Klaben! We got our son the car he wanted that was similar (but better, in my opinion) to the car he spotted at that other phony dealership we went to, and then we went back to Klaben the next day (requesting to only deal with Ty Davis and Tim Sterling again), and my wife and I purchased a very awesome pickup truck! Tim even wound up staying until after hours to finish things up with us, and not one time did he complain! My whole family very much enjoyed dealing with Tim and Ty both, and we are now recommending Klaben to everyone and will be bringing even more business to this particular dealership... and it's all because of those two fabulous salesmen that work there and the way they treat their customers! It is exactly how Tim and Ty put it... they weren't lying when they say they try to make the effort to go out of their way to treat their customers as if they are dealing with a family member such as their own mother! That is spot on and is EXACTLY how they dealt with us and made us feel. What two great assets to Klaben! I hope the company truly realizes what gems they have in these two gentlemen. I would rate them each 10 stars across the board if I could! Thank you so much, Tim and Ty, for making our family's dealing with a car dealership all day long for two days in a row such a pleasure instead of a headache. As I was looking at trucks Tim came out introduced himself and asked if there was any questions he could answer, never pushed to look at vehicles or to buy that day. Instead asked what vehicle I was looking for, what I did or did not want in a truck. A few days later looked at a 2016 F-250 got a great deal and bought it. Thank you for a new experience at a dealership. More

Many salespeople come off as sleazy, and it seems like they will say anything to get that commission. Some of them come off as not caring at all, and you wonder why you are wasting your time (and money) with a person who couldn't care less if you buy a car. I felt like I hit the jackpot when I met Tim Sterling at Klaben Ford. Tim listened to what I wanted in a car. He made suggestions and provided options. There were no high pressure tactics. He actually told me, "If you don't love it, then don't get it." Every single person I met at Klaben was friendly and treated me with respect from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. Sometimes being "good enough" is just not good enough, and Klaben Ford seems to understand that. More

No high pressure sales From the moment we met Tim Sterling, we knew, if we would buy a Ford, it would be from Tim. He was very personable, knowledgeable and was patient as w From the moment we met Tim Sterling, we knew, if we would buy a Ford, it would be from Tim. He was very personable, knowledgeable and was patient as we "tried on" vehicles to fit my husband's 6'8" frame. We came back to drive the vehicle we thought we wanted, and Tim helped us again. When we returned from our drive, he was with another customer, and his team mate Tom Nicodemus took over. Tim stopped over to apologize for not being available to us at that time, and make sure we were comfortable with the situation. Tom did a good job taking care of us from there, and we drove away in our new car. Tim got us in, Tom got us out - good teamwork. More

The Adventure of Buying a New Car Hassle Free I did a car search on Klaben's website and found a car that had my interest. Calling to make sure it was still on the lot, I found myself in the capa I did a car search on Klaben's website and found a car that had my interest. Calling to make sure it was still on the lot, I found myself in the capable hands of Tim Sterling. When I went to the lot, I asked for Tim. This guy is personable, polite, courteous, knowledgeable and just an all around great dealership representative. He took his time, answered all my questions and was very diligent in making sure he covered everything. He was incredibly thorough. I have had many new cars but never had a company rep proceed with such care to make sure every detail was covered. If you're going to go to Klaben, you may want to consider asking for Tim. And btw, Klaben's website is very user friendly too. Now I'm driving a fantastic car: smaller and not a convertible I traded for it. My previous car was my baby and I took excellent care of it. I feel guilty to say I don't miss it. My new car is a total joy and pleasure to drive. More
