Good experience Had a good time working with Tony. Very easy going and honest about products. Never felt pressured and worked out what I felt was a fair deal. Had a good time working with Tony. We came in on a very busy day, and test drove several cars. I never felt pressured at all, and he was extremely knowledgeable about each car I test drove. He was friendly and very helpful to us. Tim Tichich, the business manager was great too. I also found that Jeff Belzer's had the best value out of any dealer in the south metro, especially for minivans. Everyone we interacted with was genuine and the best part was not feeling pressured at all. More

Andy and Josh went to work to acquire the vehicle we wanted as it wasn't available on the lot - didn't take long and they came thru.. Our experience finalizing the sale, doing the paper work etc. was the best ever. Tim got us a great rate for financing the car and provided solid guidance on extended warranty packages. Cole provided good info on the various additional add-on products that a person might want for their vehicle i.e. rust prevention and other car preservation/protection products - he gave us the facts and let us decide what, if anything, we wanted. Andy and Josh were great. They were friendly, professional and straight shooters. It was a great overall car buying experience. More

Ideal Experience @ Belzer's When I started looking for at new vehicles, I had some real anxiety when I started thinking of my last purchase experiences. The last few times I pu When I started looking for at new vehicles, I had some real anxiety when I started thinking of my last purchase experiences. The last few times I purchased a car, I ended up with the high pressure salesmen who didnt care what I bought or if I liked it, just as long as I bought it today. This purchase was not even remotely like that. This experience was exactly how I thought buying a car should work. I reached out to the dealership via the website and Dave Nowacki got back to me within 24 hours just to see if I had questions. I explained that I wasn't in the market, but I needed an education. We went back and forth for a while via email while I was doing the research as to what I wanted to eventually come in and drive. He urged me to take my time and get comfortable before coming in. That is not what I expected to hear. Eventually I did get comfortable. I think it was two months before I was finally ready to start the actual process. The day my wife and I were available Dave was booked up with other appointments. So, he made arrangements to get me keys and let me head out on my own. I couldn't believe it. That is what I had wanted from the get-go. I wanted to take my time with the vehicles without a salesperson breathing down my neck telling me about all of the available features and the upgrades. We drove the car and loved it. But, that was only the first car I drove and there were a few others out there that I wanted to check out before pulling the trigger. I explained that to Dave and he didnt force us or try to sell us a car that day. He gladly let us walk out without purchasing that day. What ultimately ended up happening is that I found the vehicle I wanted through my own research via the Dodge Website and Dave worked to get me the best pricing on the vehicle. He was open and honest with us all along the way. When I walked out with the keys in my hands, I knew I got the best price and I didnt have to sacrifice the level of service for it. I would recommend Dave to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. Between him and Tim, we were certainly taken care of throughout the process of obtaining this new car. I cant thank them enough. Now lets hope Dodge holds up their side of the bargain with a quality product. More

Great Experience! Great experience- We test drove and purchased on the same day. Jeff Sepulvado was quite helpful and informative in walking us through the purchase. Great experience- We test drove and purchased on the same day. Jeff Sepulvado was quite helpful and informative in walking us through the purchase. I had my 3 kids with me as well which can add chaos to the mix and neither Jeff or anyone else at the dealer seemed put out by that which is not always the case. Highly recommended. More

Excellent Sales, OK financing. I've been looking for a 2014 Impala for quite some time. It seemed like very little dealerships in the metro had what I wanted (Remote start, blind spot monitoring, low miles, non fleet or rental history) Then I found a 14 Impala with the features I wanted from Jeff Belzers on cars.com. I made an Inquiry, and Tom Gorman reached out to me immediately. He was super friendly and wanted to ensure that he could answer all my questions over the phone. I then made an appointment to see Tom with the Impala, ready to go. When I had arrived, Tom greeted me right away and began to show the car. The car was messy on the interior, stains on the steering wheel for example, but Tom mentioned this would be detailed upon a purchase. He didn't force a ride along test drive; he took my information and said 'take as much time as you need.' Once I returned, I knew I wanted it, and so did Tom. We then sat down and went over some paper work, different forms and such. Tom walked me through all the paperwork, describing each part as we went along. Finally, we met up with finance, Tim Tichich, who wanted to ensure I had proper insurance before he proceed. This was straightened out after 30 minutes and Tim finished his prework. As Tim began printing the forms, he brought up the extended warranty. He included what I would pay before the warranty and after if I selected a package. After I said "no, I'll be alright without the package," Tim looked at me and asked "Why? What do you like about our warranty packages?" This felt odd as if he didn't think I was thinking it through. I told him I didn't want to pay more than what he had presented to me. He then replied with, "Well you wanted to be in this range before I even presented our monthly rate, why does the price incline you to say no?" At this point, I was a little upset on why he kept pushing the warranty packages. This made the experience diminish a little bit, especially since I was paying a large amount already. Thankfully, Tim understood after the third time that I didn't want the extended packages and finished the paper work. I made a few last signatures, and before you knew it, Tom handed me the keys. All in one day! All in all, Tom came back and saved the experience; he ensured I was ready to drive away. He walked me through onstar and then shook my hand. I would come back, just to interact with Tom and his expertise again. Thank you Jeff Belzers for the new 2014 Impala! More
