We understand that expecting an all-wheel-drive (AWD) vehicle and receiving a front-wheel-drive (FWD) one can be a significant inconvenience. Changes in price can vary from unit to unit depending on a variety of factors, the most obvious being trim and equipment levels, but also such things as exterior/interior color, age on the lot, consumer demand, etc. etc. We would like to review this with you to determine why the substitution occurred and why there was a change in the price structure. Tony, i have attemped to reach out to you on multiple occasions via the email address you provided.11/24, 12/2 and 12/10. i provided my email address and phone number and have not received any correspondence. I have sent another email on 12/17. i have called to dealership multiple times over the past few weeks to get a financing issue resolved and the phone rings forever and then it sends you to leave a message....no responses. i have called 10 times tonight...most times the phone was never answered. I tried pushing the sales option and magically someone answered immediately and when i asked to be transferred to a finance manager, it was disconnected. I called through sales again and requested the sales manager Christian and was transferred and it went immediately to a non working voice mail. I attempted to call back a few more times and someone answered the phone and hung it up without saying anything. WE ARE AT WITS END --- What does it take to get a response from ANYONE and get this issued resolved.
