Fantastic experience! Blake kept me updated via text about the Crosstrek I was interested in. No pressure, we toured the facility while Tim ran the finance options. Service check-in was quick and easy. Service advisor Tuan Nguyen was helpful, and when it was determined that we would have to leave our Impreza overnight, he arranged for a loaner vehic Service advisor Tuan Nguyen was helpful, and when it was determined that we would have to leave our Impreza overnight, he arranged for a loaner vehicle at no charge. The vehicle inspection phase was thorough, and NO "high-pressure" for services we did not need or desire. Very satisfied as a long-time patron of Subaru of Gwinnett. BTW...purchased a new 2023 Forester Limited the following week - Blake Henley was great to work with! More

We never dealt with Lance Willhite. The Sales process still needs work.. too rushed with surprises such as the extended warranty presentation. We felt like we were put on the spot to decide this. Very surprised there was "no room" for a rear rubber mat (sad). Chad worked very hard for this sale but old school sales pitch was a little much at times but he was very personable. I've been getting my 2018 Outback serviced there for the past 4 years and they are very thorough whenever I visit. More
