Eddie Vaughan was great!!! We stopped by to compare colors for maybe a future purchase but Eddie patience, knowledge of vehicle and manners where outstanding!!! I have been going to Leith Honda for all my vehicles (approx. 10 years, third vehicle), but buying my Passport with Marvin was by far the least stressful and most enjoyable! Marvin went above and beyond (approx. 10 years, third vehicle), but buying my Passport with Marvin was by far the least stressful and most enjoyable! Horrible job. Unbelievable how they can hired a staff like supervisor and manager without professional and responsibility for their fault . I give them all the responsibility for my car when I drop my ca like supervisor and manager without professional and responsibility for their fault . I give them all the responsibility for my car when I drop my car off then after 5 hours I came to pick my car up which all dented and scratched but they said that is not their responsibility for when I asked them to check back with the security camera to see what was happed and they ignore it to me like I am just an Asian guys don’t know much English and they can treating me. I should call the police to do the report then. I will file a claim . This is my first time their and ever. Very awful and horrible place for unprofessional just like low class acting! More
