great dealership My wife and I thought the sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about there product. Salesman done a wonderful job explaining the cars featu My wife and I thought the sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about there product. Salesman done a wonderful job explaining the cars features during the test drive and actually drove us threw the service area so we would be familiar with the process. The finance department was just as friendly and willing to work with us to get a good payment. I would recommend Paramount KIA to friends and relatives. More

My experience at Paramount Kia was excellent. All the employees that I encountered were very friendly and professional. Melissa, the sales lady that sold the car to me, went above and beyond. She has c employees that I encountered were very friendly and professional. Melissa, the sales lady that sold the car to me, went above and beyond. She has called me several times since to see how I liked my car and to remind me about the oil change. Tim, the gentleman that worked on getting the car financed, was excellent and actually obtained an APR percentage rate better than I expected. I would definitely and have encouraged others to come Paramount Kia to buy a car. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!! More

Recently traded in my 2011 Kia Soul+ for a new 2013 at Paramount Kia of Hickory, NC...have been a big fan of the Kia Souls since I first purchased mine two years ago...but I am even a bigger fan now...my Paramount Kia of Hickory, NC...have been a big fan of the Kia Souls since I first purchased mine two years ago...but I am even a bigger fan now...my new Kia Soul+ has so many more “bells and whistles” than my older one did and I am really enjoying the upgrades...my TWO salesmen...Tim Whitner and Patrick Butler could not have been any kinder or more helpful...highly recommend this dealership and Tim or Patrick should you be in the market for a Kia More

We have bought 6 KIA vehicles, 5 of which come from Hickory. We trust Tim W. and I believe the other guy we deal with signing the paper work is Nick. As far as I am concerned I do not need to deal wi Hickory. We trust Tim W. and I believe the other guy we deal with signing the paper work is Nick. As far as I am concerned I do not need to deal with anyone else, when I need another vehicle. In my opinion They are 100% AWESOME!!!! More
