Communication is the key to great service. I had the opportunity to visit with Tim Wilkens Friday regarding an appointment for an oil change, in which he responded for me to bring the Corvette I had the opportunity to visit with Tim Wilkens Friday regarding an appointment for an oil change, in which he responded for me to bring the Corvette in Monday morning. I was there at 7:00 AM Monday morning and was on the road within the hour. James Wood Autopark providing great service in a timely fashion was so impressive I asked Tim if I could bring our 2013 Volkswagen Passat TDI-SEL in for an oil change. Again, I took it in and experienced the same great service. Thank you! More
