I was disappointed with my recent experience. I spent about $700 at the dealership to address a jerking issue with my vehicle, but the problem is still happening even after the service. It’s frustrating because I mentioned the issue when I brought the car in, and I would have preferred to put that money toward replacing the torque converter if that was the real problem. At this point, I’m unsure how to proceed and would like the issue properly resolved. More
