I’d recommend the sales department, not service. The sales depart was great to work with. They provided prompt responses, and high quality customer service. Communication was terrible, After confirming I would be updated, I consistently had to reach out to get an update on the status of my truck. They also missed the initial date I was told my truck would be ready, which I only found out by once again having to reach out to them. I spoke to the service manager who seemed much more concerned with providing me with excuses, than he was listening to my complaints. To top it off, when I finally picked my truck up it was dirtier than when I dropped it off, after I was told it would be washed. More
