Too early to say, I did not leave feeling I had made “the best purchase in the world”. Casey did work hard to secure the deal, however. Considering the small amount financed and the large down payment I believe Stellantis financing asked far too many questions, although the Klaben team eventually made this right I believe they should have resolved this much sooner and pro actively - FYI I was ready to walk away from this deal. Update Thank you for the follow up call Timothy. I appreciate you taking the time to reach out. I appreciate that the challenges were at the Stellantis end hopefully they too have learnt from this. I look forward to positive interaction with your team going forward. P.s. we are loving the vehicle. More

I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee off of Chris a year ago and recently brought it in for it's first service. Chris was great to work with during the purchase, as well as the manager, Tim Beane.
