Becoming less and less satisfied with BMW of Sarasota Our experience with Tim Chestnut in the purchase of our BMW 428i convertible would have earned a 5 star rating and a yes on would we recommend BMW of Our experience with Tim Chestnut in the purchase of our BMW 428i convertible would have earned a 5 star rating and a yes on would we recommend BMW of Sarasota. But we are senior citizens who are not as technologically inclined as the younger generation. Tim told us that their tech guy would schedule a time to go over everything with us. Unfortunately when he called on Tuesday morning we were somewhere we could not take the call. Since then I have called back 6 times over a three day period and he has not gotten back to me. I even left the message that we only have this and next week then we will be in Ohio for three months. We think this is disgraceful customer service!!!!! Tom & Linda Easterday More
