Started off as a good experience, but over time became questionable. I’ll only be coming here for oil changes from now on. They do check everything and their prices are fair, but the recommendations have questionable. I’ll only be coming here for oil changes from now on. They do check everything and their prices are fair, but the recommendations have been inconsistent. One visit they said my transmission was leaking, but it was never mentioned again on later visits. This time they said my suspension needed work, even though I had a wheel alignment done just a few months ago and nothing was noted then. On another occasion, when my headlight went out, they told me the entire headlight assembly needed replacement. My personal mechanic, however, simply replaced the bulb and it worked fine. The dealership claimed the power connection was broken, which clearly wasn’t the case. More
